Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study aimed explore Saudi Pharmacist Licensure Exam (SPLE) improving practice Kingdom Arabia (KSA) by focusing on experiences attitudes workers had regarding SPLE standards factors associated with passing exam. Results: The data for this was collected through a survey analyzed using monkey systems statistical package social sciences (SPSS). used sample size 701 participants statistically calculated 95% CI, 1.96 z score, 5% margin error. found low scores (M=2.77, p=.001) assessing pharmacists-related skills, attitudes, knowledge that increase graduates’ readiness practice. Location, gender, marital status, age, experience years, income, GPA results, number admissions affected perception rates. Conclusion: pharmacist believed current Examination required. However, recent examination does not adequately general competencies relevant Furthermore, it prepared clinical or internal board exams. Therefore, necessitating targeted keep dates changes its format introduce competency efficiency continuously.
